Maltodextrin Main Applications
Maltodextrin is a kind of hydrolysis product between starch and starch sugar. It has characteristics of good fluidity and solubility, moderate viscidity, emulsification, stableness and anti-recrystallization, low water absorbability, less agglomeration, better carrier for sweeteners. aromatizer, stuffing.
